Ive recently moved to Atlanta from California. Since Collarspace seems to have lost the ability to update ones location (you can update city, but it still says youre thousands of miles away from the city you say youre in), Im creating a new profile.
As Im settling in, Im primarily looking to get to know the local scene and community, and meet interesting people. If anything beyond that results, great.
And now, more about me and what Im ultimately looking for
Im witty, smart, a smart-ass, intensely loyal to those important to me, perpetually curious and always learning, a voracious reader and a less-voracious writer, both naively optimistic and hopelessly cynical, grounded and rational yet an incurable daydreamer. I love travel, the arts, good food and drink, making good food and drink, photography (viewing and creating), and excellent conversation with wonderful friends. Friends tell me Im a very good cook, and I love having people over for a night of good food, good wine and lots of laughter.
Im also someone who has learned that my happiest and most fulfilling relationships have been when I submit to a woman I respect, admire and adore. For me, submission is not just a bedroom thing. Its also being continually focused on doing what I can to make her happy, to please her or to make her life a little easier.
My desire to serve and to please, and the satisfaction that comes from doing so, is not indiscriminate but arises when Im with someone who inspires me and draws something out of me that makes me want to be the best possible version of myself I can be. The women who have drawn that from me are not only those who are adept at getting inside my head, but quite simply are those whom I enjoy being around. Even in a full-time Ds relationship, everyday life takes up much more time and attention than role time. And its really something when the two can combine and intertwine effortlessly.
