I'm new to all of this, but I am really curious. I keep in shape through my job with a large distribution company which requires physical labor. Though I may not look it I am actually responsible for the training of the new hires that come through my area at my job, which is somewhat difficult for me since I have to take on a more commanding dominant role that does not come naturally to me. At work I'm normally very critical of others and expect them to work as hard as I do, because I believe you should work hard at work, not socialize and expect others to pick up your slack. When I'm not working I'm a very quiet and shy guy until I get to know you.
I would love to find a dominant or switch lady in the area. I'm lean more submissive as it comes more naturally to me, as I would rather follow orders than lead others. I am very obedient and loyal.
I am not seeking an online relationship, would prefer someone local as I am not willing to relocate.
