Ever think about moving to sunny south florida?... So I Have this little ~550sqft 1/1 apartment in back if there is someone interested in potentially renting it out traditional style, not looking for trade, just normal landlord/tenant & maybe friends.
The apartment is:
- unfurnished
- about a mile from the beach, two publix's, & costco
- about 1.5-2 miles from pbsc, downtown lake worth, 95, a train station, etc
- Rent is 550 a month plus security deposit.
