I find too many Doms forget that while we enjoy what we do, what we do is really about helping others, not ourselves. A selfish or self-centred dominant is forgetting that leadership means to lead, not to do what we want. Being Dominant comes with a lot of responsibility, not just getting to tell people what to do.
