I am going through alot right now and am having a hard time handling things. Everything feels so out of control I feel like I am drowning and I can't breathe. |

I have been living by myself for the past 4 years now sometimes I get nervous or scared late at night when it is too late to call someone and talk for a while. Anyone else feel this way? If so how do you cope? Yes I am taken but we do not live together. |
