| I'm a skilled rope top.
Some people have a bit of trouble with that concept. I'm only slightly dominant. (But neither am I submissive...) I'm not really into S&M, although I'm open to the suggestions of my partners. I just like to use rope to tie up women. It's both an artistic and sensual thing for me. I've been doing that for years, ranging from simple stuff to elaborate Japanese-style rope harnesses, and recently I've been doing rope suspensions.
Sometims I do bondage for sex, but just as often there's no sex involved, and bondage is the main event. I've done bondage for art. I've done bondage for the sheer enjoyment of the person I'm tying.
Rope suspension in particular can be a wonderful experience just by itself for the one being suspended. Setting it up takes a lot of time to do safely and comfortably, but it's all worth it to me when I see how much fun they're having once they're up.
Most people describe me as a really nice guy -- I have a comfortable personality, which makes it easy for my bondage subjects to trust me, relax and enjoy the experience.
A bit more about me: I'm single, a non-smoker, am drug and disease free. I don't drink alcohol at all, which pretty much rules out the bar scene -- drunkenness and even the smell of alcohol itself is a bit of a turn-off.
I like SF&F, RPGs, LARPs, board & card games, Irish/Celtic and other Folk music, RenFaires, amusement parks, cruises, and folk festivals. I love Contra dancing and go do that every week -- it's good exercise - I wish I could do it more often.
I'm pretty open minded about relationship types. I've been monogamous, but find I prefer open, communicative, and trusting relationships. I've done threesomes and moresomes, and find that kind of thing fun and enjoyable in small doses.
I've attended a number of scene events recently, including Camp Crucible, Dark Odyssey, and TESFest, and plan to attend even more in the future. I'm a member of several clubs in the area and within a few hours drive, although I don't often attend unless I've got a play date scheduled.

I'm not interested in married women unless it's with the knowledge and consent of their spouse.
Long Term Relationship: I'm not interested in a committed monogamous relationship right now, but I am extremely interested in finding someone for a long term open relationship.
