Kink Fit/ FetFit is a forced exercise regimen, an amalgamation of traditional forms of fitness, diet, humiliation, FORCE, objectification, domestic discipline, servitude... physical, mental challenges and ultimate fitness.
In this training you relinquish all prerogative to your training there is no option out until you've met the goals I set, It requires a mandatory inexcusable commitment, training is done one on one as well as class settings with other subs, indoor out door, spontaneous as well as set class schedules and retreats (not to interfere with work, school or family exigencies) With many rewards besides getting in shape and humiliation, there is friendship mentoring family and fun as well.
There are exercises that include flogging, whippings, spankings, gagging, bondage humiliation. Indoor training is done both nude and themed attired, there are themed classes; slut, slave, domestic.
