As the name implies, my primary interest is keyholding. Theres a proof of submission in relinquishing control in such a way that puts a smile on my face.
There are separate rules for subs who can only submit online and for those that can present themselves to me in person. For the online crowd, the rules are enforced more strictly, and a fee will be required to hold keys for a sub that can not meet face-to-face.
