| Profiles are always hard to write, so this will always be a 'work in progress'. I have some experience with this type of thing, both in some relationships I've had (i.e. - girl friends) and with some professional and/or lifestyle women. I can enjoy both the dominant and submissive roles, but I think being the one 'in control' is harder, while relinquishing control is much more fun! I think many people feel that way, so I'm aware that the ratio of men to dominant women is great, and I'm realistic about that.
But this site seems interesting and perhaps I'll meet some nice people here at least, and perhaps something more.
I'll have to work on the rest of this text soon...
I think honesty, trust, sensitivity and compassion is important in any human relationship, and the best dominant women I've known have had these qualities. It only seems paradoxical.
I am flexible and think I could fit into many situations, so I'll see how it goes.

The kind of 'pain' and humiliation I'd find desirable is something to be enjoyed, although having limits pushed and enduring things that aren't always as pleasant to please a mistress and give up control is important. And in the best of situations this can be a very intimate experience.
I don't want to be too serious, but I think of this as being a positive activity for both people involved. I think it's critical to be respectful of all others and their own personal situations because there is always plenty of REAL suffering in this life that we all have to experience in this life.
I think that putting thing into perspective in that way is important. I don't try to analyze this too much, although I'm always curious about most things including anyone's ideas on that.
