In general, I'm fairly socially awkward and slow-to-warm-up, though I view myself as easy-going, open-minded, a good listener, straightforward, somewhat motivated, and possibly [insert your favorite adjective]! Just takes time for me to feel comfortable in new settings or around people I am unfamiliar with.
