First off, before we get started, if you do not have limits, desires, boundaries, and goals please move on. A person who knows what they do and do not want does not make them any less a sub. DOMs (often with Master, Wolf, Sir, etc in their name here) who disagree with this are more a-hole abusers than real DOMs.

So About Me aka "employer":

I am Network Engineer by day and I moonlight as a Real Estate Investor. I have rental houses in GA & TX that I float between them taking advantages of "free" trips to my house boat from TX.
Assuming once we can move past the interview process and get to a TRUSTING arrangement, I am looking for sub/slaves, aka employee requirements if you will, that:
First off, you have to have a POSITIVE OUTLOOK. Life is hard enough not to enjoy sex as much as possible and negativity/cynicism/hate ruins the mood. Not to say that you need to be Tony Robbins Positive, just don't be EMO.
Second, No Moonlighting. Its only you and I and nothing else.
Third, discretion is a MUST. Parents/friends/dogs/cats/etc do not need to know about our "agreement". Behind closed doors when we are alone (btw, I love to entertain) you are mine. You submit to me, and only me. Outside the house, you act vanilla. If anyone asks, just tell them your my Tenant and I rented you a room in my house to help make ends meet. Its a big house, they will believe it.
Forth, you need to have goals and a life outside BDSM. Education, community service, employment, etc... Goals need to be S.M.A.R.T. and include a 3+yr plan for all areas in your life (emotional, sexual, spiritual, educational, fitness, financial, career, etc) and not just a goal like "get wasted next weekend" or "go back to school someday". No need to waste your time or mine.
Finally, you need to be open, honest, and horny. I need you to look at why you want to _____ so we can tweak that to heighten the experience. If you like rape fantasies, we need to think about it and make an action plan to get you creamy, scared, powerless, wet, and cumming.

This is a non paying position, as it is an intern position. Should this become permanent terms can be discussed. Think of this as a joint venture.
