Movies
I watch a lot of documentaries when I'm in the mood for a movie. This happens on Netflix since I'm not a fan of going to the theater. I have been considering going to my local film festival to catch up on indie movies but that is yet to happen. Perhaps it will next year. Movies I really love: A Band Called Death, Shut Up Little Man!, Paris is Burning, Mr. Angel, and The Punk Singer. I also always watch Ru Paul's Drag Race and sometimes I watch The Black List. Oh and Sailor Moon Crystal!

Interests
I'm kind of an information slut, I love begging for more and being filled with it till it's just spilling out. Blogs, conversation, podcast, NPR, and books consume my life. Because of this I can sound pretentious but really I'm just excited to share the knowledge I've learned. I also have a fondness for nail art, cooking, fashion, cat videos, random adventures, karaoke night at the gay bar.. typical girly things and not so typical things.

Music
My musical taste could be summed up with the statement "not quite a hipster". I listen to various types of music simply because I like to, not because it's hip. I also have no guilt about my love of pop music. I can't really say I have any favorite artist/bands as my taste and moods are always changing. I can say that I have consistently liked The Gorillaz since they debuted. My Pandora is filled with stations like Katy Perry, The Fratellis, Vampire Weekend, George Ezra, a compilation of twee artist, and Today's Alternative.
