Tired of the power exchange of daily life, I want to know who's in control, and I want to enjoy it. Giving and receiving are both good, just have to pick and stick with it. Not much restriction on gender/pref./etc., but not much experience with same sex. Artistic but not artsy is a big plus. Creativity, confidence, sense of humor, especially a wicked.
I used to be quiet, passive, confused. I'm coming out of my shell now. That doesn't mean I won't get on all fours for you, but it means I have the confidence to let go more now. On the other side, I don't mind setting the scene, letting you know who's boss and not taking any crap. I want intimate, and I want exploring, depth, and I will give you the benefit of the plumbing of my own psyche so far.
Talk to begin, things will develop. If you want a quick fix I think you're missing the point.
