Ive been on this site since it was called Collarme and on the fringes of the BDSM scene for 20ish years now. I have made some truly great friends here and enjoyed the browsing overall. In that time I have learned quite a bit, and thought about my place in this community, though in many ways I still consider myself to be a neophyte. I am looking to make friends and possibly more but its a matter of mutual chemistry.
According to one popular, online test I am a sub though I have switched on occasion it is not my default. Whether that is a matter of experience and confidence or natural inclination I am not certain. I also label myself as straight, though heteroflexible and heteroromantic would be more accurate, and ethically non-monogamous. I do not have a laundry list of specific fetishes I am hoping to indulge, nor do I have one specific type. If I had to boil down what I like about BDSM it would be Power Exchange. Ds is fun, but for me the rules arent the point. Bondage is hot, but its not about the restraints themselves. Outfits help establish a mindset, but its all about the mind. Being a source of pleasure for others is also a major motivator for me. I do have specific fetishes, but I am less interested in indulging them if my partner doesnt share them, and my partners fetishes are always of interest to me. I will happily discuss specifics when relevant. In others I seek intelligence, open mindedness, and creativity. Experience is nice, but not required.
