| Sometimes what's needed, what's necessary is discipline. Pure and simple. To get my mind right, to focus, to feel what I haven't been able to.
Discipline is more than king, more than standing in a corner, more than writing lines, more than soaping a filthy mouth.
I know that discipline can be humiliating. I know that it can be arousing. And those things are also part of the process.
I also know that pleasing a man or woman willing to provide the discipline needed is important, showing gratitude and letting them know how appreciative I am of their help.
