For those genuinely interested in transitioning, you should ask yourself is it because you are fetishing feminization, or do you honestly feel transgendered? Some people have messaged me asking me about transitioning and I believe everyone is entitled to do what they want with their body. I don't know however if they all understand that not only is transitioning risky due to health problems which happen to be such lovely things like heart attacks and brain aneurysms, but if if they aren't actually transgendered and it is only a fetish, as your body changes you will become more and more depressed and most likely ultimately commit suicide. It is psychological and if you aren't transgendered you will feel nothing like happiness. Something to consider as well is your sex drive will plummet and what good is achieving your fantasy and destroying your body when you can't even enjoy it? :)
I guess this was not only supportive but also a little bit of a rant, if you think you really are transgendered or you want to go through with sissification or feminization or whatever other wild fetishes are out there, I recommend looking at tsroadmap.com I've found them to have actually good information and sound advice.
