I'm a Taurus, hence pretty stubborn, but I am also often nice, trying to help others whenever I can. Beware, though... like the proverbial bull, I do have a temper, and I do sometimes charge. *lol*
I'm a pagan. I haven't really defined a path yet, and I'm interested mostly in Greek, Norse and Celtic mythologies.
As is often common with those under the sign of Taurus, I do have a bit of an affinity for earth, minus the green thumb, at least at this point. I could see myself creating a little green space somewhere, and if I ever ended up on a small bit of land, maybe even learn to grow foods as an alternative to the high cost of organic products in stores these days.
I love to read, mostly science fiction and fantasy, but also mystery, horror and some biographical or non-fiction.
My favourite authors include Robert Jordan, Terry Goodkind, Robin Cook, Diana Gabaldon, Steven King, Dean Koontz, Brian Jacques, Douglas Adams, Lillian Jackson Braun, Patricia Cornwell, John Grisham, Sue Grafton, Tony Hillerman, Jonathan Kellerman, PD James, Sara Paretsky, Anne Perry, Ellis Peters, Piers Anthony, Mercedes Lackey, Tom Clancy, Jean M. Auel, Anne McCaffrey, Katharine Kerr, JRR Tolkien, and Anne Rice. *lol* I love when I discover a new favourite, which happens now and then.
For music, I like a lot of country, rock and pop, mostly older songs from the '50s, '60s and '70s, some '80s and a little bit from the last twenty years. I have, in recent years, become a big fan of Enigma, awesome tunes!
I like to cook, more for others than for myself, especially with food prices being what they are these days. On my own, I tend to eat mostly simple meals. I love spicy foods. *grins*
When I do cook for others, I especially like to do meats, stews, soups and chili, and I make a rather nice garden salad.
With the chili, I have to remember not to spice it up, as most cannot tolerate it as I prefer it. Five or seven alarm, suicide, volcano, all are accurate deions of how I like my chili.
I like to go out for walks now and then, as that is one of the few types of exercise I can do without harming myself, thanks to the Fibromyalgia.
I ended up checking most of the listed possibilities for relationship types because I am open to all of those.
I've been in a monogamous lifestyle relationship, and two polyamorous ones. I tend to prefer poly, but I will not exclude the possibility that I might connect with just one person.
Even though I use a specific age range on my profile, if I find a person that interests me enough, I will look beyond that range.
