More interested in proper attitude than stats, orientation, age, etc. Open to many possibilities, situations, Special needs, interests? Ask...might be one of MINE also..
Always speak respectfully...politeness goes a long way. Applying for a sub position is like a job interview.......be professional. answer inquiries the FIRST time...not into 20 questions.
