slave intern wanted to assist with the daily operation of successful real estate investor.
Duties will include assistance with the signing of contracts for purchase and sales of properties as well as collecting and applying rents, paying property taxes and HOA dues electronically.
In exchange for services as an intern you will be rewarded with the knowledge necessary to grow and maintain independent wealth.
Our contract will be in writing for 1 year, within the first week you will learn how I invest in real estate, within the first 3 months you will have the experience to quickly grow maintain wealth in the real estate industry, by the end of the year you will own several properties and be producing an excellent income for yourself without ever having spent a dime.
As a slave intern you will be required to learn as you will be tested regularly.
Perform assigned tasks and duties quickly and efficiently exactly as instructed.
Conduct yourself in public and before clients with complete and total professionalism.
This position requires that you leave all rights behind, understand you are a slave and will be treated as such, you will be disciplined regularly, your attire if any will be chosen, your behavior will be taught, you will be what you are made to be.
Your thoughts ideas and priorities will be given to you. (the necessary care of your children will be the only exception to these rules)
