Why do people fill their displayed profile with blathering about "DON'T BOTHER ME IF..." and "DON'T BOTHER ME THAT.." and insinuate somehow that everyone on the site is somehow a fraud/fake if they don't meet some weird expectation of theirs?   Why do these people type in all caps? Do they not know it's rude, and they look like idiots? It seems that I just open Collarme, and I've usually got some new nutjob screaming at me, whom I do not know, and certainly never want to after their displays of childishness.  Why don't these people go to a bar some evening, and scream and rant like expectant children at Christmas for every stranger who comes in the door?  I wonder how many great contacts they would make?Meeting people is work. If these people don't want to invest in weeding out their mismatches with their God-given delete button, they should get a mail-order bride/husband from a foreign country and be done with searching.Patience my friends. Patience.

6/11/2010 8:49:30 PM: It seems that some people that I talk to/contact are simply amazed that I would travel the distances that I sometimes travel to simply meet.  I find somewhat funny.If I can meet an interesting person, it enriches me.  Each person is unique.  Each meeting is a gift of their time.  Why not burn a little gas for such a meeting? Besides, I live in Texas, and it's not unheard of to have a driveway 8-miles long at a ranch.  :)  Distances are a relative concept.
