For me Ds is not about stereotypical role playing and titles it is about the search for intense sensuality (both mental and physical). And it should definitely include communication, exchanges of ideas and an underlying bond which includes loyalty, friendship and or respect although coloured through the prism of a BDSM relationship, ie it is not just based on an abusive or bullying interaction, servitude or submission comes from mental connection, not just the mere physical.



Rather than describe merely the actions or activities I would describe the mental process as playing energy exchange games, and the pushing and testing of limits .My personal version of BDSM is based on trust and communication, there has to be an ongoing interaction including mental aspects of the Ds interaction as much as the physical and I dont believe that this depth of connection is possible on a totally casual basis.



As to the ingredients of a BDSM recipe I do not attempt to top from the bottom by rushing to present a list of my needs, rather it is about finding a set of ingredients that satisfies a Domme and produces a satisfactory and fulfilling recipe for both a Domme and myself it can be nurturing at times, sadistic or abusive at other times, but there has to be a balance and not just for me to be a pain slut to some anonymous person in a one off situation. And perhaps i have been more into control and humiliation than pain as creating a deeper bond of mental connection in previous Domme slave or sub relationships. Control and humiliation would include servitude and support as part of a Domme slave or sub relationship.
