Relaxing is incredibly important in life... Relaxation can help the days go quicker... Relaxing helps you deal with nerves or stress... Relaxation is why you are reading this... Relaxing should be easy and i am going to help with that... I am going to help relax you... Everything you read relaxes you... Going deeper and deeper... Deeper into the bliss of complete relaxation... And now you may start to feel tired... Your eyelids relaxing as you read and continue those lovely deep breaths... Your chest rising and falling as you slip deeper and deeper into relaxation... You feel yourself now ready to go completely into that state of complete relaxation... Each breath now takes you much much deeper... Each time your chest rises you are filled with more and more of that relaxing energy... Deeper and deeper you fall into that state, a state where your mind and body are totally at ease... Totally relaxed... Totally happy... Now i will guide you the rest of the way... As i count down you fall deeper into relaxation... A deeper relaxation than you could have ever imagined... So deep all you can do is relax and read my words... Ten...
