On hiatus starting August 11, 2013

It's hard to speak to all the potential pen-pals, friends, lovers or whatever other kinds of relationships could come out of this. And I can't possible predict what I'm looking for. No two of my friends are alike. I could write something haughty and self-confident and someone just perfect might be delighted to come knock me off that footing, or someone wonderful and kind might think I was arrogant and unkind and walk off. There's no winning at this profile business.

So facts: I'm college educated but I have not graduated from a program. I've studied philosophy, music and languages, and I'm about to start studying math and science. I'm physically active, perhaps a little on the thin side. Regular, symmetrical, features of typical proportions. Good skin. By common Caucasian, American standards I am agreeable to look at.

I'm not financially successful. I have a skilled job, but as it happens it doesn't pay well. My work is challenging and interesting to me, but it's not making me a lot of money. I live within my means, eat healthy, travel, have intellectual pursuits, volunteer my time to help society, exercise --in that sense I seem to be much richer than most people. I look forward to meeting interesting people.
