Yes – that comes with the beast. So much so that I realize that at age almost 50, I need to be in better shape than at 25 – so that I can keep the schedule up that I keep. So much so, that when I get back from a night of play, I wake up early and get myself on the exercise mat. So much so that I discipline how I eat and what I eat.
However, this life is so much more than physical.It brings wholeness and completeness in a way nothing else does. It brings calm and centeredness in a way nothing else does. It brings peace in a way nothing else does.
Isn’t that what we strive for?
