I saw the following on GoddessOfHuCow's profile and really liked the wording:   A rubric for the grading of tasks I give:   Level 0: No response. you failed miserably. Don't bother coming back.   Level 1: you give an exceptionally basic response with little or no detail. The equivalent of saying 'me too' to someone's comment.   Level 2: you give a sentence or two telling Me that you did it and what it was like. There are many missing details and little information. It is impossible to really assess your progress in your training.   Level 3: you explain both the psychological and physical experiences in some depth giving Me a clear picture of what it was like for you to do this. It is clear that you completed your assignment from your writing.   Level 4:you surpass level 3 and further your own humiliation by using degrading language and show internalization of your place as beneath Me. your description of your task is vivid and contains detailed descriptions of both emotional and physical experiences. Optionally, you have included evidence of completion in the form of artwork, poetry, video, pictures, etc.   (Used with express permission)

Guessing its the state of everything nowdays, but I find it interesting that some people, when approched in a polite and respectful manner, simply ignore messages.  Not that they haven't read them, they just feel its perfectly acceptable to not respond.   Perhaps I just demand quality.  Not willing to settle for anything less.  Oh well, end of this rant.  It really isnt MY loss.
