I am looking for a naturally submissive woman. I would prefer someone with a service based submissive or slave mindset. I will entertain one who can have a bratty side but needs to understand when it is acceptable, and when to submit. I would call this a playful attitude.

I am 51, hetero cis male, who is poly. I own my own business and I am educated, and hold a Master's Degree. I expect respect in all aspects of life, but in my house I am considered the ultimate authority.

Finer details of a potential sub/slave would be mid 20's through mid 40's, however a well kept lady in her 50's, or a very mature 21 year old would always be considered. A woman with enough decorum to speak articuately, but enough resolve, and obedience to be able to proudly wear her collar in most public settings once she has earned it.
