5/13/2023 12:29:55 PM: The best writers 'show' rather than 'tell.' I believe the best dominants do the same. Barking generic orders at a sub or slave. Telling them to do something without context. Telling them to simply be different or change their very nature. This is all counterproductive to a meaningful long lasting relationship. The greatest leaders demonstrate. They lead by example. They communicate consistently. They never ask for something they haven't done. This is how I approach domination and a M/s relationship. My role as a dominant is to empower my sub or slave to become the best they can be. Who they were meant to be. It is about happiness and joy in living one's best life serving another. It is about physical and mental and emotional pleasure. When I have done this with my previous partners it created a much stronger bond and loyalty than any simple beating or punitive action. And with that strong foundation, we were able to explore just about every kink or bdsm activity we could dream up. And it's all so much better and intense when there is that feeling of absolute trust and understanding of the other. A M/s dynamic is still a relationship at its core. And even the most fun ification and dehumanization doesn't change the fact that we are still human beings at our core. This is also why I seek out strong subs or slaves with opinions and personality and wants and dreams. A real lifestyle bdsm relationship only works with real people with real complex lives. 6/15/2022 2:32:05 PM: An update to what I seek rather than chance the profile reapproval process. After being in serious relationships with my previous two female submissives over the past 6 years, I had thought I wanted a more extreme dynamic. The idea of taking what I've learned in training subs and applying that to someone who wanted to be treated more like a pet with much stricter terms was very appealing. But after talking with many potential slaves and dominants too, I have recognized that the reason my previous M/s dynamics were so successful and sustainable was that they were not one dimensional dynamics. With that said, I am returning to looking for submissives where our M/s relationship can be highly varied and complex blending both bdsm and everything else life has to offer. Certainly value someone who also believes in monogamy, privacy, romance, independence, and intrinsically understands the power of a literal and figurative collar. Although I can easily financially support my partner, I enjoy those that have careers and love to independently work. Really I care more if my sub is ambitious and creative and curious. Whether or not they want to formally work is irrelevant! Looking for someone who is insanely passionate about the beauty of bdsm but is equally comfortable at a dinner party or camping in the middle of a national park. Again, bdsm and clear roles for each of us is our foundation but it shouldn't limit us to growing and exploring life with each other.
