BDSM is a passion of mine that I have had for many years now.

I see so much beauty in BDSM. The types of connections that can spawn from the dynamic can be potent and addicting. The level of trust on both sides is something I find very special.

I crave depth in every connection I make, every meeting I have. The bane to my existence is shallowness, fickleness. Actions mean far more than any words one can say, and following through is vital. The reason I remain in this lifestyle is that it can pierce the farthest. Its a lifestyle that has the possibility of exposing everything you are and can be, if you allow it to.

With this, I generally believe that power structures exist in any relationship to some degree. I see it everyday with every person I meet. I see it with every couple I see. What is BDSM then? I see it as not only seeing this power dynamic but accepting this fact and focusing it. I see it as giving it a name, a purpose, and making the relationship stronger for it. It creates more meaning and a greater depth. As I said before, I crave depth more than anything else. I want to delve deep not only into my own soul but anyone that I create a connection with. I try accept every aspect of myself, and those around me to the best of my ability.

That being said, this is my BDSM. This is how it has grown to be in my life. I dont judge or dismiss how anyone else wishes to implement it into their life, no matter how they practice. The umbrella is so uniquely vast. BDSM is most beautiful.
