I believe in the importance of clear and unambiguous communication. I believe the dominant figure in any kind of relationship has to assume the responsibility to facilitate an environment that will help the involved parties build the trust and security needed. A dominant man should be decisive upon a well thought out deliberation and never hesitate to lead. Should not allow failure, given the submission is genuine. If the submissive fails to follow, its because the leader failed to lead. The dominant has the burden of developing and publishing the rules to which the sub will live by. The sub has the burden of compliance, obedience and responsibility to follow them gracefully, thoroughly and diligently. The dominant should demand nothing short of the best from the sub. Should hold the sub to the highest standards of integrity, appearance and conduct.

The sub should not be expected you to be the final product. she is a prospect. she is a ship without her captain. she should understand that submission begins in the mind. she should acknowledge being a person of service is not a kink nor a mere lifestyle. its part of her innate identity - a quality that she is born with. she must listen, not hear. Failure to listen will lead to communication breakdown. If she fails to listen, she will be incapable of achieving her goal to serve and please. This leads to disappointment. Serving is her endowment therefore should live up to it. her owner should remind her to not take that lightly. Should serve her owner un-apologetically. Be open minded. Yearn to blossom under firm hands of a strict and competent owner. Should crave to offer herself to be used for the pleasure of her owner. Should at least have mediocre level of tolerance for pain. Should not apologize for who she is.
