Wow I am able to get back on the journal phase on this platform I have not been able to get on it as you can see in quite some time. I do hope it lasts. Working with a couple of new members to the lifestyle. They are not sure what side of the coin they are on yet. This is a sad day my football team lose the superbowl game.
