Time is money and if you're going to be running on my time, I need to be compensated on the chances that it does not work out and my time ends up being wasted.I am a realist and I believe in practicality that extends beyonds half assed promises and mere words. I am not going to let anyone waste my time so they can get what THEY want. I am looking for someone to serve me, not someone to top from bottom and tell me what they want and how they want it done.In the past, I have spent a huge sum of time on potential subs who end up falling off the face of the earth and others who had the audacity to crawl back to me to beg me to reconsider them.
