Set an alarm at 11 minutes past the hour, when the alarm sounds, bring your attention to your physical posture: where are your hands?, Are your legs crossed?, Is your back straight?, Your jaw tense?, Chewing gum?.
Take the moment to be self aware, reset the alarm and repeat.
An interesting idea, try it if you desire, I welcome any effective feedback.
