Master / slave or Dom / sub is much more than physical play.  It is about the two opposites and their compliment each other mentally, physically and emotionally. It goes beyond mere submission to surrender of whole self.  To Me - it is about the domination, control, deep level of communication, intensity, responsibility, respect and trust.

I expect full self-disclosure of My slave's thoughts, dreams, needs, fears, desires and misdeeds, particularly when called upon.  That does not mean he will receive them. I use them to reward, discipline and challenge him to grow.  My slave is expected to learn that pleasure comes from surrendering to Me and not his own self-gratification.  Qualities should contain independent, intelligent, mature, self-reliant, able to balance serious with playful, masculine, good sense of self, focused, bit of a smart ass and desires to surrender himself to another man.
