| I find power exchange and specifically the willing relinquishing of control to be an exciting aspect of any ongoing interaction. There is something about it which creates a deep sense of happiness. The ability of the right person to turn me into a compliant plaything with their words, will and occasionally even just the right kind of look can be wonderfully exciting. I very much enjoy the idea of belonging to another, developing and strengthening a connection and knowing my place in their world.
I have a rather masochistic streak too. Those who bring out my need for such cruel pleasures tend to appeal very much to the darker parts of my fantasies. I more often tend to prefer heavy thudy sensations such as batons or paddles over sharp stingy ones such as a cane given a choice... but then choice is rarely what I seek either and variety does keep life interesting.
