It's easy to take your clothes off and have sex.
But opening your soul up to someone, letting them into your spirit, thoughts, fears, future, hopes, dreams - that is being naked.

(nb being spanked/whipped is not a punishment if you like it; if you like it then is part of our daily activity. A punishment is something that you DON'T like).
Those of you who do yoga will know that it has eight parts: Yama, Niyama, Asanas, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. When we see someone do yoga we only see the Asanas, the physical movements. This is only the tip of the iceberg of what yoga is. In the same way the tying up and whipping, the collars and chains, the hot wax and the humiliation, are only the tip of the iceberg of a D/s relationship.
