A sense of humor is very important. I do not believe that life should be taken too seriously. Even the darkest moments often have humorous undertones.
Within the context of D/s the people who generally interest me are the ones who understand and appreciate the psychological aspects of the lifestyle. Kink is a lot of fun but it is decidedly secondary to mental/emotional aspects.
Generally I see myself as paternalistic in my relationships. It is very fulfilling to help a woman discover who she is and how she fits into this world.
Courtesy and respect are very important to me, I´m what you could call a dominat/Sadistic gentleman. I believe everyone deserves both unless they demonstrate otherwise.
