You will be trained in many things, including motivation and personal development as well as techniques on serving a master and pleasuring others. Your limits will be pushed to reach new heights. We may role-play punishments if you wish to be naughty. Actual punishment may be given to aid in personal development as needed or desired, for bad habits such as nail-biting or procrastination, which may range from a firm spanking (of which I am an avid supporter) to other forms of punishment. I am a firm but not cruel disciplinarian. You will be aware that the chances are that if you are my sub, you will be spanked at some point.
