Whenever I write in my journals I always feel like I'm blabbering on a topic no one wants to hear, but hopefully someone will identify with what I write here.
I woke up a little while ago and wasn't able to sleep, so I stayed up a little while and realized that my little slave wife was breathing through her nose. This would to anyone else seem to be a no-brainer, after all she has to breath from somewhere. However, this is actually the next step in her continuuing journey of submission to me.
Before I met her, my little girl has breathed through her mouth. From what she has told me she's done this her entire life. To make things even more interesting she will often hold her breath and not breath for several seconds then exhale and inhale loudly again to catch up on the missed breaths. Just three short days ago after having her dress up as my little doll for inspection in a pair of her special tights, panties, and bra I gave her a new rule.
From now on, whenever she was conscious of it, she would have to breath through her nose. I informed her that it was unlady like to have her mouth hanging open all the time and to have unregulated breathing.
First she stated that my command would simply be an impossibility as she could not physically breath through her nose. I told her I had been breathing through mine my whole life and I was fine. She said she wouldn't be able to get enough of a breath and would become light headed. I said that her body would acclimate.
I made her try breathing through her nose several times there in front of me and then told her to exercise breathing through her nose over the course of the next day while I was at work. When I came home, she apparently had been because I caught her doing what I had told her to do for several minutes straight.
However, following directions consciously doesn't necessarily indicate the rule will be followed indefinitely. She could get lazy, or just not think about what she was doing and fall back into her old habit.
She'd told me it would be completely impossible for her to guarantee that she could breath through her nose while sleeping since her body and sub-conscious mind would naturally take over. I told her that this would be fine and to simply focus her thoughts on serving me and being a good slave in all ways including this one. Two nights later she's now breathing through her nose in her sleep likely dreaming of how much more control I'll take and what her next step will be in our journey together.
It's fascinating how quickly change occurs when doubt, frustration, and anxiety is removed from the environment. My little doll was able to relax, let go, and do what her master told her. And with each step she realizes that the last step empowered her to be a little better, a little more pleasing, a little more beautiful, a little stronger - for her master yes, but also for herself.
