| I am very easy going, I tend to be a very good conversationalist, and have many interests, so we are bound to have something in common. Even though I have some years behind me, I definitely don't look my age. I have a dancer's body, and young face. People never believe how old I am. I can still have fun like a young person, but with the wisdom of my years behind me. I look forward to getting older as well...

Woah, been a while.
I have settled into my new place, and I must say it is great to be back in the middle of town!!!
The wildest thing happened yesterday...
My girlfriend and I have been reading "Exit to Eden" to each other (she reads Lisa's chapters, I read Elliott's). After I read the chapter to her when Lisa finally gets to play with Elliott, My girlfriend realized that she would be a better Domme if she could be trained as a sub by another Domme. She wants to connect to what goes on in a sub's head during a scene. I agreed, and we lamented on not having our friend Lara around. She would have surely helped out.
That night I was contacted by an old Domme friend of mine from years ago! It was so good to hear from her, and she said she had some friends she would like to introduce to me....
Maybe good things will be happening this year!!

Just picked up a copy of Neil Gaiman's "American Gods". wow. I have only just started reading it, but the "Somewhere in America : Los Angeles 11:26 pm section is AMAZING, HOT, and DISTURBING, all at the same time.
Can't wait to continue reading. ONLY 2 more weeks until I move!!!

Got a new job too!!! Totally looking forward to starting it. I was so miserable at my current job, and it stifled my potential. I will be able to flourish in the new place, and actually let my strengths show.
Things are moving, life is changing.
haha. I went to see a MI:3 this weekend...

ahhhh....
New TOOL album is amazing. Thank goodness for these guys, making music and art for it's own sake, not caring about if people are "getting the message" or whatever. Such a breath of fresh air with the mediocre popular music and movies these days.
Can't wait to see a really good movie that moves me soon.

I FOUND A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE TO MOVE INTO!!!!
On Fairview, not far from Montrose and Westheimer.
IT'S HUUUUUGE!!!! I cannot wait to move in. It is an old boarding house, so has many rooms, and a big kitchen, as well as large living areas.
Just found it by chance, and jumping on it immediately.
Might even have room for a PLAYROOM!!!
It is affordable too.

WOW!!!
Had a great time this weekend!!!! Granted I haven't been home for longer than an hour or two, but got to live it up a little.
-won't comment on Friday night -blech!!
Saturday, got to be the "demo-bottom" for Fetish Diva Midori's rope bondage class. She did a scene in front of several people with me that was absolutely mind-boggling! I am sooo lucky. She really made it electric (they don't call her DIVA for nothing).
Put together a fun outfit (took a nap) and went to the DARE WARE ball. Had an absolutely fucking great time. People were so nice, friendly, and fun!
Got to be topped onstage by Jamie and Ismael of Dare Ware. THAT was cool too. I really fed of their energy AS WELL AS THE CROWD'S ENERGY!! Amazing!
I laughed afterwards with Ismael telling him that that was the first time I was topped by a guy.
Sunday evening, tried on Liquid Latex for the first time, it was cool, then that night, got encased in plastic wrap (it has been a LONG time for that), and teased till I came!
I wish EVERY weekend could be like that! (except Friday of course!)

AAAAAHHHH!!! I almost forgot!! Cactus Music is closing! I really hate it when cool locally owned stores close. They are so weaved into the culture of this town. Cactus is where I would go to find music that I couldn't find anywhere else. Sometimes their stuff was hard to find on the internet! I won't even go into their DVD rentals. WOW! I realize that music stores have had a hard time for quite a while, but it is still sad. RIP |

not moving yet, June is the time... If everything goes right, I should be performing onstage at the Dare Ware Ball this weekend. I am really looking forward to meeting Midori. I have a lot of respect for that woman. Let me know if you are going, I would love to see you there! |

whoo, almost finished with a two-month-almost-non-stop-working-binge. I will be happy to be able to have some evenings at home where I can enjoy life, and maybe some weekends available for doing things I am "not supposed to do"!!

Lately I haven't been excited about "new things coming out" (I used to live by "release dates"). It is just fun to get excited about new stuff...
Today threw me for a loop. I got out of work early, and got to go by Cactus music. They had two Tool Dvd's for sale for cheap, and I just had to pick them up.
Well, wow. I love those guys' imagery. Disturbing, strange, but very very powerful. There was also a buzz about them having a new CD sometime this spring.
Looking forward to that!
