Located on the Northside in Chicago’s sprawling landscape. This one of a kind vineyard has become home to a sublime, woody grape of natural balance. The mixture of smoke, diversity, culture, and proximity to water make for lusty, cultured, full- bodied taste with great concentration, edible day or night.

Some say, our vineyard has been cultivated to perfection through our carefully controlled environment of passion and discipline. Others may say that the WineMaster’s special smoke treatment leaves you with a vintage that keeps you coming back for more.

Mon-Friday 9-5

Occasional evenings and some weekends with prior approval.

Closed all holidays.

About The WineMaster

When you think of winemaking, do you picture naked bodies, stomping grapes painfully and frantically? Our WineMaster brings an entirely different level of skill to his craft. With an abnormal number of years experience under his belt at this age, this connoisseur has experience bringing out the bouquet in even the toughest of grapes. More mellow today, he looks for a healthy grape, sensuous and soft skinned to arouse the palate and wake up the senses, one that sparkles, without aftertaste, and whose complexity can keep his attention, thus enabling him to create his next Masterpiece.

He attributes his success to the intensity with which he brings to activities outside the vineyard. You may find our WineMaster at home in the woodshop, on the ocean or at the audiophile specialty store when he is not doing some form of community service. His commitment and work ethic drive long hours. But, to him, life is neither black nor white, but a wonderful mélange of both.

The Search For A Perfect Bouquet:
The perfect wine, needs attention. The right grape requires nourishment to grow into a rich, bold taste. He seeks a grape that can be molded to his tastes, beginning with a smokey flavor and plenty of spice, adding classic bits of authenticity and luxury . Finally, when the product has aged and is released to the world, his stamp of perfection leaves no doubt that the grape is signed Chateau De' Sade.
