You guys do know that the legal thing you guys put up actually doesn't mean anything right? Aside from the fact that any institution doing research would strip any identifying information from their data, you have no legal ramifications from them using it. You are willfully supplying your information and photos on a free public website. It is equivalent to posting the same information on a big advertisement board on the interstate and expecting people to not use it. Privacy laws are very weak to begin with, but they are especially weak when you willfully supply the information to anyone who signs up.
