I have been a Dominant for 20 years now. There have been a few years of vanilla life during that time (for some reason I married vanilla .... twice!) however when I wasn't active I still researched topics that would apply to the lifestyle (anatomy, psychology, etc.).
I make collars and restraints, up to and including bondage furniture (usually for personal use).
I also make my own blushers (similar to floggers, however they don't mark up my pet), paddles, crops, canes, and various other toys.
I know that what I make myself is a quality product compared to what I can buy (usually) and it's just more personal that way.
The training of a good slave/sub is one of the most euphoric experiences I think it is possible to achieve. Guiding and coaxing them to go beyond limits that they have imposed upon themselves is gratifying in ways that mundanes will never understand. To see the look on their faces when they realize that they have accomplished something they never dreamed they could do and have pleased you in doing so is a priceless experience. When vanilla's ask why I enjoy this lifestyle I can try to explain it as stated above, however I know that they can never truly understand the joy and pleasure that can be achieved by molding another human being in such a way. To be able to say, deep in your soul, "Behold, this is what I created".
I enjoy sensuality play, and yet i have a sadistic side that peeks out now and again. I believe that a pet squirming in arousel and lust is a beautiful sight, to have a spanking heighten that arousel a wonderful thing.
My interests may change according to mood, one day I may want to pull a pet into my lap to pet her while I watch a move. Another I may want a slave to hold a book I'm reading and turn pages on command or merely be a footstool to prop my feet upon. Yet another I may want to dress my girl in pigtails and a skirt and take her to an amusement park for the day. Later I may wish to clamp her nipples and take a crop to her while she is bound to a cross. Variety is the spice of life and the same old same old day in and out can get monotonous, I have never been the one trick pony type.
A few things particular to me;
I am considered strange by many because I believe in lost things, like manners, chivalry, and proper english to name a few.
I am an avid sci-fi and fantasy reader.
I tend to be very blunt and straight forward, don't ask a question if you don't want an honest answer.
I like control, and I enjoy having something to keep and protect. This has led me to a lifestyle outside of what is considered normal.
I am a firm believer in self control, after all, if you can't control yourself how can you expect to control someone else?
In 1990 I went to Hell, it has alot of gritty sand and rocks, some people know it as Iraq. NOT my favorite place!!!!
I'm currently looking for that teeny tiny place in the world where life is perfect. If you know where it is please let me know!!!
I am constantly searching for that elusive "IT" that I keep hearing people say they have gotten together and seem so happy about.
