I just moved back to lower Manhattan, I've got a spare room in a big luxury loft by City Hall, very exclusive.
Keyed Elevator, totally private.
I would like to make it available for next-to-nothing for interesting pro and amateur BDSM enthusiasts who need a place for their trysts.
There is no requirement or expectation that I will participate but I don't totally rule that out either.
