| Sublet/Apartment wanted in Northeast NJ
I'm professional woman in my early 40's, looking to move to NJ from NYC, so looking for a place to rent. NJ is strongly preferred, but I’d be open to good options in NYC as well.
I'm quiet, introverted, sane, safe, clean, don’t smoke, don’t do any drugs or drink or party. I pay rent on time, and am not a slob. The only person likely to visit me is my long term SO; who shares the same exact qualities. He also has his own place so he won't be crashing overnight.
I'm also kink friendly, so I'll not judge or be bothered if you have play dates, or live the lifestyle, or talk to me about kink. (To be clear, I’m not looking for a kink partner for myself; only looking for a roommate).
Looking starting right now, for 2-4 months minimum, but I'm open to year long leases. Looking for a safe place to live while I work on getting settled in NJ.
