The other day I was catfished by a male posing as a woman on Collarme.  This man went to great lengths to defraud me, with photos, false facts.  Initially, This person after a 4 month relationship devulged to me that she was, in fact,  a man.  Not a crossdresser or TG but a 24/7 man. When I asked him who the person was in the photos he said it was his ex wife. I ended the relationship immediately telling him to get a psychologist.  That was a year ago.  He came back the other day with a new profile name and tried to do it again. He sent me photos of a woman about 45 but instantly I knew it was him as he used the same lies and points of reference in his falsely concocted life.  I made The Collarme Support Team aware of what happened.  After dealing with the Support Team I can understand why it is that there is a climate of deceit here.  I can also understand why it is that the problem runs rampant. There is no place or provision other than scammer to report someone who is perpetrating this kind of hoax on someone.  This post is clearly within the guidelines of the terms of use. There really should be a way to report someone who is defrauding another via gender. The TV show about people who catfish really brought to light the sick kinds of people who get off on doing this.  Collarme should be sensitive to this matter and join the 21st century.  This is a serious problem and should be dealt in such a way. This man who catfished me is still online with a collarme profile doing the same to others.  The Collarme Support Team did nothing about it. In fact if you read the page about reporting scammers, they (collarme) ask you not to waste their time contacting them.
