Six inches from my polished toes, his clothes shredded off his body, he was naked, his knees were tucked under his chest, he dared not look at me. He squeezed them tightly closed so as not to tempt me further. He held his arms so tight across his own back that his hands were as white as his arms were red, he whispered "I'm sorry Ma'am, it will never, ever happen again" 

I smiled down at him, leaned close to his ear, my hair fell across his damp face, he could feel my warm breath on his neck; I whispered sweetly "It's quite allright, it's nothing that a nice misting of ethyl chloride and this nice sharp blade cannot fix."

He has never disappointed me since.
