I was walking through the supermarket today food shopping and looking at women as I usually do. It always surprises the hell out of me how women walk around and they have no idea beautiful they are. So worried about the little things, so unasuming not paying attention to their surroundings.... Older, bigger, smaller brunetes, blondes all styles types and flavors.... Hhhhmmmmm! Women are their worst critics. My point being look up that dark stranger scoping you out does think you're sexy. Is checking your curves, your style your look admiringly even if you don't agree. I've got four goals for this week. 1. No soda 2. Write down all consumption and liquids. 3. No fast foods 4. Well that's one you're going to have to ask.
