We look at the past with nostalgia or regret; or we look into the future with hope and aspiration, the problem is that we consequently fail to recognise the beauty of the present. It is from this premise I view my life, from here and now.

All of us should realise that we need to be the changes that we would like to see happening. It is in our power, we just need to grasp these moments. I am not one who is lost, far from it. How can one be lost when we do not know our final destination?
