Some people value other's pleasure substantially more than their own, those are the best kinds of people.
To me the perfect person is someone that enjoys having all decision-making removed from their life, that finds joy in being micro-managed, being told what to eat, what to wear, when they're allowed to talk...
Of course they're a real person with thoughts and feelings and it's important to respect them as a human being, but that just makes it all the more special when they wilfully give up their agency.
Power-exchange and obedience training are 80-90% mental for me, at times it really does feel like training a pet, you systemically encourage good behaviour and discourage bad, and over time that behaviour becomes hard-wired. of course it takes a lot of time and effort but it's a rewarding pursuit and always worth it in the end.
