The idea of finding someone to walk through this life with that fits my wants and desires, that challenges me in ways that bring out my best qualities, is daunting to say the least. Life is so complex and we all get caught up in the mix of what the world expects from us. I remember thinking if i had a good job, my own place and all the things i wanted i would be happy. Here i am, with this burning feeling, yearning to be free from it all. I want to walk through this world unchained by obligations and even by my own schemas. The world has never been what we think it is, with our limited potential views. In the vast emptiness of space be it from here to the sun, or from an atom to an electron, we are all filled with this inevitable void. All that lasts is love, but here we all are, with our attachments and our ideals... lost in paradise. |
